🌿 Terms of Agreement for Bookings – Marie DP Wellness

By booking an appointment with Marie DP Wellness, you agree to the following:

1. Coaching & Wellness Support

All sessions offer guidance, education, and personalised support based on a naturopathic and holistic approach.

Coaching is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Please consult your GP for any medical concerns.

2. Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Instalment plans must be completed in full once the programme begins.

Missed payments may result in paused sessions until the balance is cleared.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling*

Sessions may be rescheduled using the link in your confirmation email.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.

4. Programme Commitment

The Programme commitment is designed to support your wellbeing journey.

Consistency supports the best results; please aim to attend sessions as scheduled.

Sessions must be used within the programme timeframe unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared is confidential and stored securely.

Your personal data will never be shared without your consent, except where legally required.

6. Client Responsibility

You understand that wellbeing results vary and depend on factors such as participation, lifestyle, and individual differences.

You agree to take responsibility for your own health decisions and seek medical advice where needed.

7. Respectful Conduct

Marie DP Wellness provides a supportive, judgement-free environment.

Mutual respect and honesty help create the best coaching experience.

🌿 Refund & Cancellation Policy – Marie DP Wellness

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling*

You may reschedule your appointment using the link in your confirmation email.

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full.

2. Refunds for Single Sessions

Single sessions (e.g., coaching sessions, deep dives, follow-ups) are non-refundable once booked.

If you need to reschedule, you may do so with at least 24 hours’ notice.

3. Refunds for Coaching Programmes

Because this is a high-support, personalised coaching programme:

Payments (full or instalments) are non-refundable once the programme has begun.

If paying by instalments, you are responsible for completing all instalments as agreed at sign-up.

If you feel unable to continue due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me - I will always offer a compassionate conversation and flexible options where possible.

4. Late Arrival

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients.

Late arrival does not qualify for a refund or extended session time.

5. Programme Pauses & Extensions

You may request a short pause or extension for health or personal reasons.

This is offered at Marie’s discretion to ensure fair use of support and scheduling availability.

6. Refunds for Digital Materials

Any downloadable guides, checklists, or resources included within your programme are non-refundable once accessed.

7. If Marie DP Wellness Cancels

If I ever need to cancel a session, I will reschedule it at the earliest suitable time for you.

You will never lose a session due to my cancellation.

8. Payment Plan Terms

Instalment plans are designed to offer flexibility.

Once the programme begins, instalments must be completed in full.

Missed or late payments may pause future sessions until the balance is up to date.

9. Commitment to Client Care

My intention is always to act with fairness, compassion, and transparency.
